An email forwarder automatically sends messages received at one address to another mailbox.
From cPanel, open the email section and choose the forwarding option. Enter the source address, for example contact@yourdomain.nc, then the destination address.
A forwarder does not always replace a real mailbox: if you also want to read messages from webmail, create a full email mailbox in addition to the forwarder.
